About Kaylin

     Kaylin R. Boyd is 34 and lives in the Indiana woods, writing about the ancient things that never truly went away.

     Her work—from the standalone Tell City to the two published volumes of The Netherworlds—is a collision of the mythologies she has always lived with. She is less interested in the rules of a genre and more interested in the friction of eternal powers moving through a modern world they are largely indifferent to.

     Whether it’s the heavy, calculating presence of the Aesir or a god that has become the neon and grit of modernism, she is just here to document the fallout. She is currently at work on the third book in the saga.
